I am an experienced admin of Jira and Zendesk administration. Beyond the day to day admin tasks, I have a great interest in automation of tasks to save employees time and overcome common user errors. I am well versed in creation triggers, post functions, and macros to simplify work, and get customer problems solved faster.
Software Testing and Quality Assurance
I have experience running manual testing on web and mobile apps, as well as writing easy to follow repro steps. I always provide additional context through Loom videos or screenshots when adding bugs to Jira to ensure engineering can easily find and eliminate the issues.
